Episode 9: Joel Carnegie

Joel Carnegie is an award winning broadcaster, documentary maker, performer and founder of the international media production house The Space Company. Joel pursued a Performance Degree on Horn from the University of Melbourne and Die Universität für Musik und darstellende Austria, and post graduate study in Communications and Media at RMIT before building his unique career as an entrepreneur, storyteller, performer and musician.

A career limiting health scare during his studies in Austria forced Joel to shift perspective from his planned path and figure out how to build a life centred in music and sound, not in orchestral performance.  Joel shares this compelling story and how his training in both music and communications come together in his work as a broadcaster to allow him to uncover, discover and bring to life stories that challenge and inspire.
